At Didi Dog Pet Boutique’s we proudly stand behind the products that we sell. If you are

dissatisfied with a product or if your pet is a different size, we will gladly accept a return within 14 days of item receipt or delivery. You can choose to exchange the returned goods for other items or for store credit. Unfortunately, it is not our policy to give refunds. Didi cannot accept any returns after 14 days.
 
All returned items must be in new and unused condition to obtain full credit.
 
We cannot accept a return on any item that has any indication that it has been used.
